A classic juvenile novel by the famous author of Little Women who is an icon in world literature. Rosa's father dies and she is left alone. She goes to live with her guardian, Uncle Alec, and changes completely, from a melancholic, weak and sickly woman to a cheerful, healthy and helpful young woman, thanks to the coexistence with her seven funny male cousins and the immense affection of her uncle who educates her in an unconventional way and who loves her very much.

The style is fresh, simple, pleasant, tender. The main characters are very well profiled. It gives importance to feelings, love, together with spontaneity in the face of life and friendship. It highlights family values.
